What difficulties have arisen in the company

The manager needs to keep his hand on the pulse of online and manage the company even remotely, taking part in the work of the Committee on loans, viewing reports of employees and instantly responding to emerging current issues in the company. In addition, as head of the Southern Russia Credit Union Association, Vadim Meshkov needed the opportunity to organize informational support for all its members, regardless of the region they are in.
In order to work with e-mail, the company used personal mailboxes of its employees. For communication between offices - mainly telephone and personal Skype. The protocol for discussing credit applications was done manually, which required constant presence of members, including by phone. Thus, a large number of heterogeneous systems and personal accounts resulted in frequent loss of access to resources and information, recovery took weeks, and in some cases access was lost irretrievably.
The head of Nevsky MK LLC had to assemble the company and its information flows "in one hands".
What technologies helped to change everything
In 2018, OOO MK Nevsky decided to move to the cloud and begin using Microsoft Office 365 and, in particular, the Microsoft Teams enterprise communications platform, which is now actively used for interaction both internally and with employees of the association of industry players.
In Teams, it turned out to be very convenient to organize the work of the credit committee: it is not necessary for everyone to physically gather in one place, it is easy to involve employees of different departments and representative offices, attach documents to the general consideration, keep an archive of the history of consideration of each application.
"This is a really convenient service", - shares Vadim Meshkov. The mobile application allows setting tasks for employees and controlling their implementation regardless of location. "I often go on business trips and through Teams I can see from my phone how the tasks are being performed, it also disciplines the employees well. It's convenient that everything is in one place, I can view reports created in Microsoft Office programs. It became clear that working with the cloud is a useful and necessary thing," says Vadim Meshkov.
The implementation was carried out by Microsoft partner OOO "Your Cloud". It was carried out in several stages and took one month. All this time, specialists of "Your Cloud" trained users and answered many questions.
Now OOO MK Nevsky is sure that they have created an excellent reserve for the future. In the process of development the company will no longer have to introduce new software products - all necessary services can be obtained as a service from the cloud. The company has taken a new look at the organization of the file system - now all the documents are stored in a single cloud, so they can be accessed from anywhere through a single window.
Employees of OOO MK Nevsky finally began to work with a single corporate mail service, which definitely increased the information security of business. However, with the introduction of Microsoft Teams, many people simply did not need e-mail to communicate within the company - communication in Teams was quite enough to quickly resolve working issues.
The solution was especially convenient for members of the Association of Credit Unions of Southern Russia. Previously, personal Skype was used for video conferences, but no more than 20 people could take part in them. Microsoft Teams does not have such restrictions. This means that a public organization can create informal associations - unions and clubs - and accept everyone who wishes to take part in them. Members of such associations can discuss their concerns through videoconferencing or chatting, share data, documents, store files on the topic and work together to solve problems.
What the business has received An undeniable advantage of a cloud solution is the transfer of capital expenditures on infrastructure to operating rooms. "We managed to avoid capital costs by expanding the network of representative offices, while getting a modern platform for communication, collaboration and automation of business processes," - says Vadim Meshkov. The clouds help get rid of the need to constantly buy new products, renew licenses, upgrade server equipment and maintain high availability of IT systems, provide backup. "Everything becomes obsolete very quickly, and to be in trend you had to buy something new. This is a real problem," recalls Vadim Meshkov. All the latest services can be received as needed directly from the cloud. And exactly to the extent that the company needs at the moment. This helps to increase the level of automation of business processes in the company, and thus increase productivity. According to Vadim Meshkov's estimates, thanks to Microsoft Teams, productivity of employees of LLC MK Nevsky has increased in 1,5-2 times. "The number of tasks that I solve as a manager and that my employees process using Microsoft solutions has increased significantly," he said. The company plans to introduce a CRM system in the near future. And perhaps it will be another Microsoft product - Microsoft Dynamics.
